@iamnotsimulated @Razor_Language i have a theory, i think that specific lightcone is an indicator of how much hp% sam will lose when using his skills. it's because as of now, that lightcone is really ONLY good on Blade. what other destruction characters use that lc? why would they make a lc for only 1 charactr?
