Jesus used the teaching of the Sabbath to reiterate that WE stop, but God never does. He stopped on the first Sabbath, but God is always working. The Sabbath teaches us not to trust in our own work, but to trust in God's work. We can rest in that truth.

Weekly Sabbath Tip #4: Repetition brings change. Spiritual formation is slow, deep, and cumulative. We are formed using repeated practices over years! Be patient as you do, learn, and repeat.
