High voltage #TulipContact for vacuum #CircuitBreaker, the ring spring makes pressure uniformly. #MakeASongBoring

[Strip Contact @VictoryElectri6]

#SpringContacts have been successfully applied to a variety of high-voltage components:
1. Grounding switch
2. Disconnector
3. GIS Busbar

[Strip Contact @VictoryElectri6]

#StripContact is mainly used in a variety of sliding #connections, including #GIS, Solid sealing pole, Cable plug and others. #clippers

[Strip Contact @VictoryElectri6]

#StripContact is made of alloy cooper sheet with good elasticity and conductive performance and followed strictly controlled process.

[Strip Contact @VictoryElectri6]

#StripContact, suitable for compact switching equipment, relying on its elastic deformation, to provide contact pressure of contact point.

[Strip Contact @VictoryElectri6]

Three main reasons for you to choose our #TulipContact?
1. Uniform contact force
2. Constant resistance value
3. Good antioxidant capacity

[Strip Contact @VictoryElectri6]

Most medium-voltage #CircuitBreakers will use #TulipConnects and have some type of #SpringContacts around them to ensure good contact.

[Strip Contact @VictoryElectri6]

#StripContact provides contact pressure by its own elastic deformation, so it has a high requirement on contact groove machining accuracy.

[Strip Contact @VictoryElectri6]

#StripContact is mainly used in a variety of sliding connectors, such as #GIS, Solid seal pole, Cable plug and etc.

[Strip Contact @VictoryElectri6]

Our #SpringContacts have a higher conductivity, the contact force of each contact point is constant, and has a certain anti-vibration.

[Strip Contact @VictoryElectri6]

Victory provide all kinds of #StripContact, suitable for compact electrical contact construction.

[Strip Contact @VictoryElectri6]

Critical factors of contact spring you should know:
Effect of paratactic coil of #SpringConnect
Groove shape effect of contact holder

#SpringContact, for a variety of high current connection occasions

[Strip Contact @VictoryElectri6]

Advantages of #StripContact:
1. Small size
2. Simple structure
3. High contact capacity
4. Long use cycle

[Strip Contact @VictoryElectri6]

#StripContact had used in #CircuitBreakers, which used in electrical systems, from residential dwellings to electric utility facilities.

[Strip Contact @VictoryElectri6]

The radial dimensions of the #StripContact groove are small, so suitable for applications where radial dimensions are very compact.

[Strip Contact @VictoryElectri6]

Our #StripContact suitable for 10 ~ 1000KV various power transmission equipment compact electrical contact structure design.
