Disappointed with @owalalife customer service. My handle broke twice (2023 and 2024). In 2023, they replaced it under warranty. Now in 2024, they refuse to replace it. This defect should not happen at all, yet alone twice… Dangerous and will scratch you.

@Tillys has poor customer service. I bought $100+ of stuff and it never arrived. Am I going to get a refund or get it shipped to me again? Tillys did not reply to my emails and follow ups and it’s been 8 business days.

@Lowes Email said the reserved DIY Firetruck Kit could be picked up until Sunday 10/11 8PM. Why are staff giving out reserved kits to people without checking their reservation?

@Lowes Registered 9/14 and when I came to the store, they said they ran out already, despite having the reservation. Staff said it was first come, first serve. Registration doesn’t matter... So frustrated and disappointed since the kids were expecting their reserved kits.
