@Comrade_Bullski Didn’t help that it wasn’t even Hickman who made the ending and then the new direction has to “connect” to it. Just sad how badly the X-books have sunk. They need another Hickman or Morrison type to set the tone but very few of them around.

@Comrade_Bullski I kinda wish Marvel just put Hickman’s HoX in its own little corner like it originally was, rather than integrate it into 616. It really felt like he meant to close it off as one of the lives of Moira but obviously can’t do it if it’s 616.

@Comrade_Bullski @the4thpip Kurt Busiek did a lot to expand on Hank’s character with regards to his prev sins and Dan Slott did a lot fitting him as a hero again into the MU after being lost in the shuffle for a while - and then you get all that sweeped away in Rage of Ultron. What a waste.

@Comrade_Bullski Same! Though for me it’s the earlier part of the run, the end part really pales in comparison. I agree though that it has been difficult to recapture the magic. I hope Marvel wont give up on reviving it though.
