@glubblubbl25611@dynyoung@jk_rowling It's crazy how I'm part of the people this is for yet me having criticism makes me a supposed 'pick-me'? Is that the only conclusion your brain can fathom? Still flooded with a special kind of people on this platform.
@sweetpotatofr8@dynyoung@jk_rowling Hmm I think that's where there might be a difference. The media in our country does shine a light on us throughout the year. It's how my mother who doesn't look these things up suddenly got to know about this and talking about it. How is it where you're at?
@sweetpotatofr8@dynyoung@jk_rowling And with more I mean, the increase of people knowing about asexuality and the stuff under the umbrella has grown significantlyyyyyyy. It was such a pleasant change. Do you face issues? I saw you are a teen still and they get the most ignorance, especially from other teens.
@sweetpotatofr8@dynyoung@jk_rowling I get what you're saying though society's view = other people's perceptions.
I do agree some of these dumbasses still exist. I realised my demisexuality when I was 19 so 13 years ago now. It was bad then and people knew very little about how serious acestuff was but more know now
@sweetpotatofr8@dynyoung@jk_rowling I agree that it's definitely good for people to know we exist and that it's okay to be us. But unlike with being gay, for example, when dealing with mature adults, often we just explain our situation, they might ask some questions and then it often is fine and people are like 👌
@sweetpotatofr8@dynyoung@jk_rowling It isn't hurting anyone indeed but it's about celebrating something that doesn't need it? Is it for you about being seen or? Because I personally don't get it at all. And if it is about being seen, why? Is it for people to remember that people like us exist?
@dynyoung@jk_rowling That's also not necessary. And you're comparing 2 different things here. A national day to an international day. That's a significant difference.
@dynyoung@jk_rowling That's not the point. I'm demisexual and I don't get why we need a day of celebration either? Not everything needs a 'celebration'.
@UNIVERSE_FEEDS@PicturesFoIder Wait. I want to revise my comment. There was already a dent in the bowl before she hit. Maybe he had hit her unnecessarily hard already and so she did it back and that's how it escalated?
@UNIVERSE_FEEDS@PicturesFoIder I mean if you can dish it, you can take it. I would've hit for a small ouchie if that's the game but she went full force???? WHY?????? LIKE WHYYYYYYYYYY?????? I'm glad he gave her that karma right back.
@VinoNStrosGal@creepydotorg Didn't go the way you thought it would go, did it? A professional photo will álways present a version of your best self. You just showed how stupid you are lol.
