“We will move soon” “no ETA” “police are coming” “it will take HOURS” “express train is otw” “no express, regular stops” now we have blown through our stop, dk where we’re going

Deplorable service from @SEPTA :
2.5 hours stuck bt stations bc of medical emergency.
No urgency, organization, or centralized communication.
Children used bottles to pee, we were told we would make every stop but we are blowing through them. WTF @SEPTAPHILLY
