And to tell you that you have access to a mighty power, my brothers in Christ, to break these strongholds off of yourself, with & through the mighty name of Jesus Christ! (Ladies this 💯 applies to us too)!

“For though we live in the world, we do not wage war as the world does. The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds. We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.” ✨2 Corinthians 10: 3-5

DIVINE POWER. Residing in you-through the Holy Spirit. I don’t know about you, but to me that’s STRENGTH!💪🏻

The enemy WILL attack you to keep your from your full potential that God has for you. He will attack you mentally, emotionally, spiritually, behavioral, generational, even religious-but you can break the ties! How you say? It requires intentional action, & reliance on God:

👉🏻Ask the Holy Spirit to reveal any lies you’ve believed, any ties, or sinful patterns in your life. Pray to have the eyes to see them, & knowledge to understand.

👉🏻Replace those lies with Gods Truth-Find specific Bible verses that counter the lie behind the stronghold. Speak those scriptures OUT-LOUD & over your life daily. Come into agreement with what God says & rebuke the lies. Focus on Scripture. ✨Hebrews 4: 12

👉🏻Prayer & Fasting-Pray boldly over yourself & others. We are to be in constant prayer/communication to the Lord, like breathing. ✨1 Thessalonians 5: 17

Fasting helps weaken the flesh, & strengthen your spirit to overcome spiritual battles. ✨ Isaiah 58: 6

👉🏻Submit yourself to God & avoid temptations- avoid places or people that are going to tempt you, & pray over any situation where temptation might find you! ✨Matthew 26: 41

👉🏻Take every thought captive! When negative or sinful thoughts come into your mind, immediately REJECT them & replace with Gods truth. ✨2 Corinthians 10: 4-5

👉🏻Trust Gods plan for your life- Remember God is working to SET YOU FREE! ✨Jeremiah 29: 11

👉🏻Worship & Thanksgiving- this shifts your focus from the problem to Gods power! Thank God in advance for what he’s going to do, for the break through that will come! ✨2 Chronicles 20: 22
