No, I don't use a Zen. No, I don't touch grass. I'm just like that. "D somebody gotta find you bruh. People not doing what you doing." All in time, @CoachKendrickH, for now, we just hoopin!!!
Can't wait for @byBrianGoins to have a fit on here come July 6th because he hates the Giannis deal. At least I'll have something to read π€£ #HeatNation
Free agent Simone Fontecchio intends to sign a one-year deal to return to the Miami Heat, sources tell ESPN. Heat officials worked with Fontecchio's agent at Excel Sports Management, Sam Goldfeder, to bring back the shooter who averaged 8.5 points and 37.5% 3-point shooting.
Came up with a new sign-and-trade idea involving Norman Powell... and the Bulls.
Bulls have interest in Powell - they land him and buy-low on Nikola Jovic
Heat get a much needed backup PG & more importantly... $8 MM more to use in NBA Free Agency

The Miami Heat have added 7'1" Arnas Sakenis to their Summer League programπ
The SIUE shot-blocker ranked 11th in the nation with 2.34 blocks per game.
Miami Heatβs signings for the draft:

- Tre Donaldson (16.4 PPG)
- Keyshawn Hall (19.3 PPG)
- JβVonne Hadley (11.5 PPG)
- Tre White (13.5 PPG)
Another successful draft night for the Heat.
I almost never agree with Colin but this is spot on. Hating Miami is one of people's favorite past times. South Beach is going to be scary again!!! #HeatNation
"Offensively challenged Detroit, without a consistent #2 scorer was the 1 seed... Cleveland ended up in the ECF with a Mitchell/Harden backcourt... Bam, Portis, Giannis, Wiggins, Spo... You don't think that's a viable team?"
@colincowherd doubles down on Giannis & the Heat
At 41 tonight, if the Heat can't move up, it has to be either Ugonna Onyenso (Center from Virginia - 2nd in NCAA in blocks at 2.9 and played 18 minutes a game...) or Isaiah Evans (G/F from Duke). Either of these picks would help the Heat moving forward #HeatNation
My friends have been texting me like, did you see who the Knicks took? Brown over Acuff? I told them this 3 months ago, but now they believe me. But I just respond with, "I can't even hear you right now. Miami got Giannis" π€£π€£ #HeatNation
I'd have to guess they are negotiating with Wiggins as we speak and/or lining up a deal for Jovic on July 6th to move his 14 million and open up more space
At the moment, the hard-capped Heat have $18 million to fill five roster spots. That figure does not include Norman Powell, but does include Andrew Wiggins' option year. Trading 2026-27 salary for more years by Wiggins could open that wiggle room to $23 million or so.
