@Delta No matter what I do I can’t get a file reference number to be able to get a hold of someone to get a file reference number to even file a baggage claim. We didn’t even take our flight, I can’t get my own bag back from the airport where we checked in. Please help!!!!!!!

@AmericanAir Well it’s more difficult when you’ve carried them on for 5 years on American flights, including your inbound connecting flight - to suddenly be told you can’t - when the rules had not changed and we could carry them on just 2 hours before. And group 1. Just wow! Really awful.

@AmericanAir I’d really like to know why the gate agent thought it was ok to talk to me that way when I asked her why we’ve never been asked to gate check those carry ons on American for 5 years of travel as an exec platinum. Really disappointed.

@AmericanAir Thank you. It didn’t help that we will now be waiting for bags at ORD past midnight for no reason. With children. Bags we’ve carried on AA flights for 5 years.

@AmericanAir terrible boarding experience on my flight to ORD from CLT. Forced to gate check carry on suitcases that we have never been expected to check (not even on the first leg from PBI to CLT). These same carry ons have been on flight after flight for 5 years on American.
