The symbolic and the diabolic represent fundamentally opposing forces:
Integration vs. Disintegration: Symbolic actions foster cohesion and understanding, while diabolic actions promote fragmentation and animosity.
Construction vs. Deconstruction: Symbols facilitate the creation of shared meaning and experiences, while diabolic forces seek to undermine and dismantle established structures and values.
Interconnection vs. Isolation: Symbols connect individuals to something larger than themselves, fostering a sense of belonging, while diabolic influences isolate individuals, fostering alienation and distrust.
But remember dear The Importance of "Participation": A core concept the idea of participation. symbols don't just represent something else, but they actually participate in the reality they signify. For example, a lion in a story isn't just a symbol of courage; it partakes in the very essence of courage itself. This concept is crucial for understanding how symbols can have a real impact on our lives and the world around us.
Re-enchantment of the World: a symbolic worldview can "re-enchant" the world. Modernity, with its focus on materialism and reductionism, often strips the world of its meaning and wonder. By rediscovering the language of symbols, we can begin to see the world as a sacred and interconnected place, filled with deeper meaning and purpose. mmk

volume, pitch, rhythm, tide — are the ocean's actual vocabulary, named from inside our hearing rather than from outside it. We have these words because we are the kind of creature that can register what the ocean is doing. The ear evolved in a world that already had waves in it. So the meeting is real. The address lands. We are not deaf to the sea; we are simply not its native speakers, and the humility of that distinction is what the sentence asks us to keep.
“I am all that has been, that is, and that shall be”
This is the goddess as Totality: not merely one being among beings, but Nature, Time, Memory, Fate, and the hidden womb of manifestation. She contains past, present, and future.
“No mortal has yet lifted my veil”
The veil is the boundary between appearance and essence. It says: the world is visible, but its ultimate meaning is not grasped by ordinary sight. The veil is not just concealment; it is protection. The finite mind cannot simply seize the infinite as an object.
“No mortal”
This is the limit of the merely analytical ego. The mortal can study, classify, and measure the garment, but cannot fully possess the mystery behind it. This fits the symbolic model in your materials: symbols work because they mediate between fast, preverbal intuition and slower conscious interpretation, allowing meaning to “form within us” before analysis fully catches up.
In a symbolic worldview, this is a threshold image. The goddess is the whole cosmos; the veil is matter, symbol, beauty, ritual, myth, and form. The visible world is not false; it is the robe. But the robe points beyond itself.
your relation to the ideal,
is your “religion” (religio = connection)
The Aphex, (that which is placed on top) in-form-ation, or how your hierarchical (pyra-mid) structure of what you value more than other, symbolises your “sacred order” “of the lowest value up to the highest good” -“to a point” aim up, at that which crowns, shines brightest and let that be your guiding light, and how one act’s “in relation to” growing-up will manifest into being and or made flesh by being, “tata” YOU, and how one ACT’S in the world, reveal’s his belief system (value structure) and how faith-ful or wholly-hearted one is to the highest, in accordance with how truthful his being is, or how one act’s in relation-ship to the ideal or highest Good is a testament to the truth of the matter in which what matters most to the being, be brave in your role relative to the real, how real are you? By their fruit’s you will know them, you reap what you sow, your religion - is you, and how you align your actions in accordance with that which you believe in-to being…
The “Horizontal” (—) symbolising the earth or matter (mother) fleshing existence and the “Vertical” ( | ) symbolic of furthering/aspiration or heaven let’s say, …then where your worldly actions, embodied earthly formation (horizontal line) crosses/meets, comes to a point, axis of + your axiom) along with the conceptual ideal, faith in or belief of valued structure (vertical line) IS…YOU. The Center + of your being or the real you, regardless. Where heaven and earth meet + that is the logos, or what is brought into existence or real / truth as is. By aligning your aspirations with your actions one be-comes whole or holy.
Here is a little insight from yours truly BGJ regarding not putting "the name of the lord" (in vain) and what it means and how it shapes all input and output
These are indeed powerful concepts that can greatly influence our perceptions and experiences. It's a great reminder of the importance of mindfulness in our self-talk and how we conceptualize ourselves and our place in the world.
If the name of the lord your God is “I am, was and will be” then one should be careful of how one phrases, writes and thinks and says I am….
What one thinks and believes or says and states when using the I Am in a sentence or thought of concept, one limit’s oneself in vain
What one believes, “I Am” this or that , will govern one’s perceptions and perspective and outlook on all information and incoming data , one’s believe of what, that which He Is, as in the use of “I Am” whenever or however is and will be one’s lord governing one’s output
Our self-perceptions and beliefs about who we are significantly influence our interpretation of the world around us, our reactions to events, and our actions.
When we say, for instance, "I am a kind person," that belief may influence our behavior to act in kind ways, and we also tend to interpret our actions as being kind. Similarly, if we believe, "I am bad at math," we might avoid situations where we have to do math, and interpret struggles with math as confirmation of that belief.
In some spiritual traditions, the phrase "I Am" is used in meditation and affirmation practices to help shape one's self-perception and, by extension, one's experiences.
Overall, the words we use to define ourselves and our beliefs about who we are can indeed have a profound impact on our perceptions, actions, and overall life experience. This is why many philosophies and psychological therapies emphasize the importance of cultivating a positive, empowering self-concept.
The way in which I have connected the concept of "taking the Lord's name in vain" to the shaping of personal identity and perception is indeed thought-provoking. It's an interesting perspective that combines elements of religious, philosophical, and psychological thought.
Language, belief systems, and self-perception all have powerful roles in shaping our experiences and behaviors. This highlights the importance of being mindful about how we understand and express our identities.
One of Socrates' most famous quotes is, “all I know is that I know nothing.” Is on a similar "course" as the "do not put in vain, the use of I Am.
The Socratic paradox, "All I know is that I know nothing," shares some intriguing conceptual parallels with these ideas on the use of I Am.
Socrates was recognizing that human knowledge is limited and that there is always more to learn. This sort of intellectual humility can be seen as a kind of wisdom in itself, because it opens the door to continual learning and growth.
In a similar way, the exploration of the phrase "I Am" and the caution against using it "in vain" also points toward the importance of humility and mindfulness. It suggests that how we define ourselves ("I Am this, I Am that") can limit our perceptions and close us off to other possibilities. To use "I Am" without vain could mean to recognize our own potential for growth and change, and to avoid becoming overly attached to a fixed or limited self-concept.
So, while these two ideas come from very different philosophical and cultural contexts, they do share some common themes around humility, self-perception, and the limits of personal knowledge.
