@BajajAllianz I am getting really slow customer service. I have raised a query and received a ticket last week and it was supposed to be addressed in 24-48 hours. Still hasn’t. This is an old query for which I have also written several escalation emails in the past but no action
@TeamYouTube Issue resolved after chatting with customer support. It was a peculiar case. I was not shown upgrade to Family Plan since I had prepaid for individual membership; and I had no option to cancel this on my own. CS had to do it. A feedback for you to put a FAQ for such cases
@YouTube@TeamYouTube need immediate resolution on premium subscription. Unable to convert individual membership to a family plan. Have tried everything under the sun as per your support. Nothing works. Need some one to contact me and help me.
@YouTube I was already on a family plan. At time of renewal, it has got converted to individual membership inadvertently. Due to this, none of my family members are able to access family benefits and now they are not able to get onto another family either due to your policies
