@LonelyGoomba @Jeff_like_Feff FWIW, I've also seen cases where late stage millennials or younger jumped into online spaces too early without a tech savvy parental figure and... found themselves in the deep end too quickly.

I think it's best to handle the topic delicately.

However, the writers promised a comedy and changed their minds later. The network promised their advertisers and their viewers a comedy based on the show's bumpers.

It wasn't a decision based in malice or ignorance.

@RevivedOziach True, but BCS is also a different narrative than BB. If AoC had a separate plot than what was shown in BotW, than there wouldn't be an issue.

However, AoC was never going to be that story. They wrote themselves into a corner and weren't ready to go too complex for Zelda plots.

@ColramiTM @2005Dojima I don't know if I would go that far. The dev team has been very inconsistent in interviews on how much GenAI they used. It's not about quality, it's also about plagiarism concerns.

You're welcome to come to your own conclusions, but I think the E33 fans are coping a bit here.

@misterduby @LonelyGoomba I dunno. I feel they wouldn't re-release DKCR if that was their intention. Also, there has been outcry for more Mario and DKC cross-over material for ages now.

Let's be fair, a character getting a new design after 30 years is a good thing. They can go back if they want.
