I have purchased ThomsonTV through Flipkart and hvg issues with the motherboard. The product is under warranty. Hv raised the complaint in May,23 the issue is yet to get rectified.
Can someone look into issue and help resolve the complaint on priority.

@_Kalyan_K This is a pure cheating customer from FK after collecting money and not delivering item..Also no info on the delay no calls and not allowing cust to cancel the order even after 3 days
@Flipkart I am filing a police complaint and consumer court case for cheating and forgery..also i need compensation for the loss of time energy and money caused for the irresponsible behaviour from Flipkart
@Flipkart Flipkart has most unreliable and irresponsible delivery and customer care service..i have ordered my monthly grocery on 4th Sep and there is info on the product delivery..
When contacted customer care they are telling me to wait till 11th for Grocery delivery..i should starve
@Flipkart Order delivery date was 7th Aug and sitting at 9th there is update from FK on why delay, when will I get my order. Even the worst part is no response for calls, useless customer care and no way we can cancel the order. The payment is already done and FK using cust money shameless
