I launched a memecoin. It failed, but I kept the account and its history.
This is the same #X account I used for the $JBM #memecoin.
I’m changing its name to #VIGIL-from "vigilant", but I’m not deleting the old posts or pretending that part of my history did not happen.
Here’s what happened and why I started building again.
$JBM moved quickly on launch day, completed its @Pumpfun bonding curve, and migrated to @Raydium within two minutes, shortly after I locked the team tokens.
I saw that early response as trust in the transparency I had shown before the launch.
I put around $35K of my own money into the project across additional liquidity, marketing, KOL onboarding, Partnership with @PaalMind , meme contests, community airdrops and @coingecko listing.
I published the team wallets and shared the main liquidity transactions and Streamflow locks.
$JBM crossed a $240K market cap, but later people sold, activity slowed down and the project failed.
After a month, I went quiet instead of saying it out loud. That’s the one mistake I can’t put a hash next to.
$JBM taught me that locked liquidity and public team wallets are useful evidence, but they do not tell traders everything.
A lock proves that certain assets cannot move before a specific date. It does not guarantee that a project will succeed.
What's still there.
Team tokens: locked, 0 claimed, cliff 1 Oct 2026. LP: locked, 0 claimed, unlock 18 Oct 2026. Every transaction is public in all my tweets.
The main transactions and lock records were linked in my public posts.
I wanted to show that a project could be built with transparency and honesty. The project failed, but those principles have not changed even after I personally experienced multiple scams, rug pulls and hacks.
What I learned
Transparency and honesty do not guarantee protection. Across crypto, people still deal with rug pulls, phishing, fake tokens, harmful approvals, address poisoning, concentrated supply, coordinated selling and bundled-wallet activity.
Most users are expected to understand all of this just before clicking “Confirm.”
That is why I started VIGIL: The Intent Validator.
The Chrome extension is only #VIGIL’s first product at the moment.
The bigger goal is to build an intent-validation engine that can support deeper on-chain analysis and more advanced security tools over time.
I originally planned #VIGIL as a cross-chain tool but I have now decided to focus v1 on @RobinhoodApp Chain because it is attracting strong attention and activity.
I believe it can become an important part of on-chain finance, and stronger verification will matter as more value enters the chain.
#VIGIL is still in development and testing. Nothing is live or available to install today. First, I need to build, test and prove that the core logic works with real on-chain data.
The attached screenshot shows this account before the name change. The old $JBM posts will remain visible.
If you followed me during , you deserve a clear explanation. From here, I’ll share the real progress, problems and evidence as I build.
VIGIL Build Update #001 · Development preview
Meet VIGIL Field Unit (VFU), our Chrome extension with a side panel that opens alongside the page you’re browsing.
I tested it on @ponsdotfamily , where it found multiple addresses and let me choose which one to inspect instead of picking the first one or any one random address.
On @Binance, I tested a different thing: no site permission. VFU stayed idle and explained why. This was a permission test.
You can scan a page once or enable VFU for that site. Evidence requests need separate permission and consent.
My browser tests passed for detection and permission controls. The local evidence flow also passed using mocked RPC responses - simulated blockchain data, not live results.
Live checks through the deployed evidence service still need verification.
Introducing #VIGIL | The Intent Validator.
I’m building it to help users compare what they see on a page with what they approve in their wallet. That decision point is what I call Layer 0.5.
Still in development.

Still sailing with a skeleton crew of diamond hands, but don’t worry- this $JBM ship’s about to get crowded.
The private island’s far but we’ll definitely get there.
Don’t say we didn’t warn you when we’re sipping coconut water in paradise.
Flash forward to 2030: Jungle Boy is reading the Jungle Book series, reflecting on how he survived the #Memecoin supercycle of 2024-25 🌪️.
Amid 1000s of P&D #Memecoins daily, $JBM stood its ground 🌳. Overnight success? Nah-it came after months of grit, challenges and unwavering belief. 💎
The Jungle Boy gathered the Tiger Jeets, the self-proclaimed kings of the jungle 🐅👑, to teach a vital lesson of HOLDING:
Stand firm and avoid selling at ultra-low market caps. In the jungle, it’s the steady, not the hasty, who thrive.
$JBM is the only #Memecoin that harmonizes with all the other #memecoins in the jungle.
Whether it’s 🐵, 🐸, 🐶, 🐂,😹,🐈,🐻,🐼,🐧, 🐰,🦛 or beyond, $JBM knows how to play nice in the wild.

Everyone’s jumping on the official mascot bandwagon now 🐾but little do they know... the jungle’s OG mascot adored by all its creatures has always been #Mowgli.
And guess what? $JBM, the true crypto jungle icon, was crowned way back in Jun'24-long before the 'mascot mania' hype took over 🐒🚀
$LUCE $LESTER $PHIL $HIMA #DABOLO
Here is Mowgli, the official mascot of $JBM.
Today marks the first day of our pre-launch, and we have a lot of exciting things ahead for our community. Stay tuned!
It's November 2025:
Shere Khan sold 100% of his $JBM too soon and now crying 🐯💔.
But the Bull, Bear, monkey and Kaa are flexing their diamond hands gains.
