Worksite enforcement is what’s needed more than anything but it’s almost none existent in ICE right now. It’s Depending on the state & their cooperation with DHS as a whole. If they’re turning over local jails etc then HSI/ICE don’t do worksite enforcement. If they aren’t then they do. But the biggest thing holding deportations up is the court process.. however Trump has done amazing things in streamlining that.
