Now that $AMC is shattering records, month in month out you will have the retards like Nick here screaming retail is down 99%. That’s all they have left, but the truth is retail didn’t ape in at the top nor did they spend the last 4 years as the stock flatted sitting by. Retard
Hey there @vladtenev and @DanGallagher: My voice will stay loud. You supported the SEC on U.S. stock tokens. They must carry voting rights, and companies can opt out. How hypocritical of Robinhood if not adopting those same principals offshore. Don’t spit in the face of the SEC.
HOW MANY RED FLAGS DOES IT TAKE BEFORE SOMEONE ACTUALLY INVESTIGATES THE WHOLE DAMN HOUSE?
Stop treating financial misconduct like a parking ticket.
If crimes are proven, PROSECUTE THE PEOPLE RESPONSIBLE.
Fines don’t deter misconduct when they become a cost of doing business.
INVESTIGATE. PROSECUTE. REAL CONSEQUENCES.
We are the Owners of AMC Theaters.
We have put in work to keep the company out of bankruptcy.
We kept movies alive when no one was going.
We buy AMC Cinema Sweets, AMC Perfectly Popcorn, online merch, popcorn bucket collectibles!
We share the experience and the joy.
When new investors want in, that money should go to the company — not a Robinhood wrapped token.
We worked to support and promote this business so new capital would actually reach it.
Robinhood is capitalizing on that work by using our name and trademark.
They did not do the work that saved this company.
We are the Owners.
We need to be heard.

BREAKING: Robinhood CEO says companies can’t control how their stock is tokenized
The comments come on the heels of AMC CEO Adam Aron’s fiery criticism of Robinhood’s tokenized stocks, which include tokenized AMC shares.
Aron said that the increasingly popular practice of tokenization allows the brokerage to create exposure to AMC stock without the issuing company’s involvement, undermining the traditional relationship between companies and their shareholders.
… Vlad, @vladtenev you surely remember your buddy Sam (Sam Bankman-Fried). Since you’re not so smart I really want to make this fight fair. So we spell it out. See lil boy Sammy he also stood next to a standing president wearing a matching colored tie - did that help him?
Like I told you - you are, follows 1. Not high IQ and outmatched in this game
2. You’re Not legacy Wall Street
3. They’re playing you - you’re their B!tch -
4. If you want to put you big boy Bulgarian pants on you will want to play the game and take that blood money of yours and call your friends at Apex and betray them- but you won’t - because you’re not a wolf - you’re what we call a lamb in this game - it’s a ruthless one isn’t it - I look forward to leading you to Jesus
Where it gets more serious is if prosecutors could establish that the IP use was part of a broader scheme to deceive investors, customers, counterparties, or regulators, and that money or financial transactions flowed through that scheme…IP-prosecution guidance specifically notes that, depending on the facts, prosecutors can consider mail/wire fraud, conspiracy, aiding and abetting, and copyright offenses alongside trademark-counterfeiting charges.
Let’s remind the bleacher seats some things to help guide us Bankman-Fried owned 90% of Emergent and Gary Wang 10% that they capitalized Emergent using approximately $540 million borrowed from Alameda
So flow Chart FTX → Emergent → Robinhood → SBF(7.5)
Those are documented relationships—not speculation. What they mean, if anything, is a separate question. I have a sneaky suspicion which I plan to follow that they mean a whole lot - so first you get tripped on the easy violations which vary serious offenses then you start chirping like a little boy from Bulgaria.

Former SEC now legal chief officer for robbing hood. You know this is illegal and not on the up and up. You are on the wrong side of the fence. You should be protecting retail, But you choose to line your own pockets instead. You didn’t just switch sides, Dan you followed the money. From policing Wall Street to getting paid by it. Spare retail the lecture. We see the revolving door, and we see whose pockets got heavier walking through it.
📣📣KEN GRIFFIN NEARLY FAILED IN 2008
Ken Griffin came very close to failing in 2008, but sadly, the cockroach 🪳 survived.
It's not because he is a talented Hedge Fund manager he's a talented thief on a grand scale.
His business plan is simple pay off the right people, donate to politicians, and present yourself as a philanthropist.
Then counterfeiting the 💩 out of the Stock Market‼️
I’m assuming the majority of Canadians are just fucking retarded. How can we accept that our Government gives Ukraine another 900 Million dollars when our country is collapsing?
Interesting metric from Barchart.
“AMC is down 99.6% from ATH…”
Cool. Now explain how a company Wall Street predicted would be bankrupt years ago is still standing, millions of investors still hold, theaters are packed, and the so called “smart money” has spent 5+ years obsessing over one stock.
You chart price. We’re watching market structure.
Maybe next post cover dark pools, FTDs, synthetic shares, and why retail conviction hasn’t moved an inch.
Funny how the “dead company” narrative never seems to die. 🍿🐒

If you invested $10,000 in AMC Entertainment $AMC exactly 2 months ago, you would have $16,842.10 today, resulting in a 62% gain 🚀 💎 🙌
Enough for a reliable used vehicle, a year of in-state college tuition, or fund an extensive multi-week international vacation 🌴🛫🎓
If you purchased 5 years ago and used the opportunity to dollar cost average down, you significantly reduced your average to create potential profit opportunities at lower share prices.
Barchart shills can suck a 🍆
