Wycliffe Mkaya

[Wycliffe Mkaya @VihigaSnetwork]

@HillaryGondi Hello,my name is Wycliffe, a youth leader Vihiga county.
My observation has been.. the role of the women rep has been reduced by mwananchi to a mere social mandate on areas such gbv, pad donations, bursaries etc.
There's need to have proper civic education
