@FABConnects Better I will cancel my card if the yearly payment not waived off as per your customer executive said it’s free for the first year else it’s a complete scam to convince clients to get the card first then putting a card fee immediately

Then I again I have contacted the customer care and they said they will contact me again in 5 days. But no one else contacted me again. If there was a charge I should have not got this card at all. So pathetic experience with the @FABConnects

I have got share platinum credit card through my friend and it was first year free card and even I have confirmed with the customer care about the same. But the now the bill got generated with the first year card payment for 1050 AED. I don’t know what’s wrong
