but to my utmost surprise Airtel activated both the packs simultaneously and getting my second pack consume with the existing pack. It is simply ridiculous. I am thinking to port to some other service provider.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It is very unfortunate to have Airtel Sim and do a backup recharge. I was running with a plan which is valid till 22nd Feb, I wanted a backup recharge which should immediately starts when the existing pack validity expires, so I did a Rs 319 today,
