@amazonIN I really fail to understand how your delivery agents can get away with not delivering orders by marking them "rejected by customers". And your Customer Care is a farce who can just make hollow apologies but cannot even ensure redelivery. This was the 5th time this year

@amazonIN Really disappointed with your service - where delivery agents commit fraud by skipping deliveries and declare order "refused by customer" and more so by your Customer Care where all they can do is trot hollow apologies, give spurious reasons, and make false assurances

@AmazonHelp But I really do not understand why your process is so difficult - that even after apprising your Customer Care of how the order was shown "rejected by customer" with 15 minutes of the ocurrence, no remedial process is available.
