@nextminutenews7 Reckless motorcyclist coming from Yeola should be charged with Section 106 for triggering the chain of events. Apart from horrible road discipline, the terrible road conditions were also a contributing factor.

@Khurpenchinfra This is part civic-sense, but also to do with road design, monitoring by the authorities, and government regulation. This has been fixed long ago by countries with less per capita income than India and with much severe problems.

@DriveSmart_IN Two reasons it's the motorcycle rider's fault: was approaching from a minor road to a major road AND should've yielded to traffic on the right. This is apart from other violations like triple riding, lack of helmets, negligent riding, etc.

@DriveSmart_IN Dashcam driver is not at fault. He was driving in a straight line on the major road and wasn't overtaking the motorcycle, which in fact failed to make a stop and should've proceeded ONLY IF the road was clear. (Right-Of-Way at an Uncontrolled Intersection)
