@CoinDCX_Cares From 7 may to 15 may you couldn't answer of simple fact that when I got net sale proceeds of 2608 rs, 20 rs were already there as free balance and no other trade took place after that trade then why did my account had only 2445 rs as free balance, then don't pretend that you care

@smtgpt @CoinDCX 1. 6 may, 12.41 pm when 2608 rupees were chr sale proceeds and that was last trade, after that no trade took place. But in place of 2608 rs+20 rs free balance= 2628 rupees free balance is not showing in my account , only 2445 rs as free balance showing. Where did 183 rs vanished?

@zeptocares how your customer care can claim that delivery guy delivered the order while he neither called me nor came to my location. May be he reached nearby location and went away and kept product with him. What is proof of delivery? Why don't you enable otp based delivery, don't cheat us

@ZeptoNow If delivery guy had not even made call how can your customer care be sure of delivery done by confirming from dishonest delivery guy. Why don't you apply otp based system for delivery that without otp no order will be considered delivered. Order id PNNHJAGRN19996
