🚨 | ¡GANÉ MI JUICIO CONTRA INFODEMIA Y EL SPR!

Mi demanda de amparo contra @SPRMexico e @infodemiaMex ya cuenta con una sentencia.

▶️ Deben eliminar cualquier publicación realizada en redes sociales o en su sitio web en la que se haya señalado mi información como "FALSA".

▶️ También deben abstenerse de emitir nuevas publicaciones sobre mis investigaciones periodísticas, salvo que puedan demostrar, con evidencia técnica, verificable y suficiente, que la información difundida es falsa. Este punto de la sentencia es especialmente relevante para futuros casos de otros colegas que suelen ser "desmentidos" por la autoridad sin que se presenten pruebas que sustenten dichas afirmaciones.

Los procedimientos que se siguen ante @FGRMexico y @BuenGobierno_mx contra @melorzav y @jenarovillamil continúan su curso.

Sin embargo, esta sentencia ya sienta un precedente importante en materia de libertad de expresión y protección de la labor periodística en México. Como puede leerse en la resolución, las publicaciones de Infodemia sí pueden generar un daño reputacional a los periodistas que son señalados.
