When you go to redeem some drinks with 1 of your 13 available to redeem @starbucks only to be told the system has changed & they take 10 of the 13 available for 3 drinks! Not impressed, I was saving them. also, how can they split 10 redeems between 3 drinks? #annoyed #starbucks!

@McDonaldsUK just got some pancakes with syrup.. not only did they forget to put the syrup in the pancakes are shocking they are so hard they actually snapped!! I don't know what's going on with McDonald's atm but it's not good

@McDonaldsUK had a delivery as can't go out house due to having covid only for order to be wrong and had to go and collect anyway as girl on phone so unhelpful said "your only a couple of mins away you could come and collect" 20 mins 8 orders wrong not even offered del fee back!
