After Updating OnePlus 8T, this is what has happened to my friends device with three green lines on screen and even the @OnePlus_IN have denied to repair and they are asking money for screen replacement.

Conclusion : @OnePlus_IN @PeteLau has denied the by saying, If there is a dent on the bezels of your phone, then the replacement will not be possible. And they are asking for ₹20,069 including GST. But this issue started only with update of A12.
