@WOOLWORTHS_SA paid R60 for a timed Mother’s Day delivery slot (10am to 1pm), but delivery was running 2 hours late and we had to collect ourselves. A refund of my delivery fee seems a reasonable request.

@Georgeatasda I returned 2 online orders via your in-store drop box but was only refunded for 1. Staff said the machine wasn’t working, so no proof was given. This is the second time I’ve been short refunded. Your process is flawed and frankly, feels dishonest.

@vumatel No connection since Wednesday. I’ve called multiple times but keep getting the same response. This is beyond frustrating - I can’t work from home without WiFi. Will a credit be issued for the days without service? Paying for something I’m not getting is unacceptable.
