I think the barrier to entry has now been blurred more so that people without the expertise have the tools to do it themselves, but you gotta leave room for the lazy, busy or unmotivated I think

@tbeinfinite @ZssBecker It definitely depends on the person. There are good candidates from college, but we hit a huge pocket of sub par ones at one point. But i think you can instill better habits and learning skills the younger the person. You’ll still need someone with the drive to back it up tho
