@simon_immonetiz Super rappel pour le DVF! Pour aller plus loin sans galérer, je croise souvent avec PLU, DPE et Géorisques via un petit agrégateur gratuit. Ça sort un résumé et ça aide vraiment à voir si le prix est cohérent ou s'il y a des pièges...
