@avidseries Yes. Taking it further, conservatives prioritize empathy for how close people are to them. Family first, then friends, local community, American citizens, and so forth. The world has finite resources so prioritization makes sense. Leftists don’t understand the law of scarcity.

@HealthcareREguy You didn’t reduce the EBITDA by the $120k lease payment. Kind of an unfair oversight. So EBITDA goes to $280k and his multiple is 2.3X, not 1.6X.
