Never flying @SouthwestAir again. Delayed and cancled was expected. But Not letting me have my car seat so my 14month old baby could sleep in a hotel.... Pretty f'd up. Good thing the floors in Cincinnati airport are filthy. Hope the ceo had a good night's sleep.
