Pleased to report that yesterday @emvdn and I got married

[Vincent Tran @VincentTranSwin]

@dangolding This just in: Accomplished video game composer Dan Golding says liking superhero movies is a "dystopia"

[Vincent Tran @VincentTranSwin]

@ekwitkowski Hey Emma, I'd be interested!

[Vincent Tran @VincentTranSwin]

@dangolding I think if you wanted to play in the Australian Open, this is the week to do it

[Vincent Tran @VincentTranSwin]

@melaniebourdaa @MediaOracle Along what you were thinking, transmedia in shared universes is also a thing you can explore, such as connections to the Vixen animated show, the year 0 comics or cameos to Ezra Miller's Flash

[Vincent Tran @VincentTranSwin]

@princesso24 @MediaOracle Yup, an article on the Xenaverse would be great

[Vincent Tran @VincentTranSwin]

@MediaOracle @princesso24 Or also just how shared universes operate in television, which may be completely different to how they are in film, comic books or literature!

[Vincent Tran @VincentTranSwin]

@najalater Fast & Furious: Dom Grunts .....IN SPACE

I'm excited. Or scared. Or Both. If there isn't a scene where a giant mechazoid dinosaur tail whips a man in suit covered in eyes, then I don't want this.

Peak PhD is yelling at your own words on the screen asking "WHY AREN'T YOU BETTER WRITTEN"

[Vincent Tran @VincentTranSwin]

I have stuck a white board and marked out things I need to do as a progress tracker.
However, my choice of smiley faces as markers is evoking a totalitarian fever dream and I am motivated by fear.
WHATEVER WORKS I GUESS

[Vincent Tran @VincentTranSwin]

Day before journal article submission
>Optus says we'll be doing internet maintenance for the next 2 weeks
>internet dies
>word chooses to bug out and run at 100% making it unusable
>spend day trying to fix
>doesn't work
But hey the PS5 looks great
>sold out till 2021
Cool.

[Vincent Tran @VincentTranSwin]

I don't know if other people do this, but after I finish writing I usually leave a note for myself to remind myself what to continue with the next time I continue. After taking the weekend off, I wake up to this.

Cool.

[Vincent Tran @VincentTranSwin]

Why is it that giving a lecture fills me with energy and life whilst recording a lecture feels like I'm slowly donating parts of my soul to an under-bridge troll

[Vincent Tran @VincentTranSwin]

This one's for all my PhD peeps
Anyways, here's Wonderwall

[Vincent Tran @VincentTranSwin]

That feeling when you're 40 minutes into recording a lecture and realised you didn't click record

[Vincent Tran @VincentTranSwin]

Question for all the #CloneWars fans, should I watch in release order or chronological order?

[Vincent Tran @VincentTranSwin]

#TheRiseOfSkywalker was weirdly paced, clunky and had dialogue that seemed like placeholder text at times.

And I loved the shit out of it
