Horrible experience at 1396 2nd Ave in Manhattan. U filled my Rx but lost it. Kept me in store more than 30 minutes. They had to refill it. Pharmacy is extremely disorganized with Rxs all over the place. I've never seen it this poor. Need to speak to someone.
