Her heart skipped a beat at his touch. Forcing herself not to lean into it as her dark hues looked up at him. Eyelashes gently batting.
"You believe that?"
“Those weren’t meant, love. They were boys who just wanted a plaything, which you are not.”
He approached her, gently gripping her chin to look at him.
“I may not know you personally or intimately, but you should be treated no less than what you are. Queen.”
She took the check as she played witha lock of her hair in thought. It would 't be too bad and she had a feeling if needed she could handle one vampire.
"Deal. Give me about 30 minutes" woth that she headed to a locked room slipping inside.
A small chuckle escaped his mouth.
“Well, aren’t you cute.” He pulled out his checkbook from his inner pocket of his jacket and wrote out the check.
“I respect your hustle, red. How about after this is done, I treat you to dinner?”
He handed her the check with a smile.
A little disappointment flashed across his face, but it showed how much fun it was going to be to chase her.
“Alright. Sold. 5k now, 5k when it’s done.”
He was cute. But she had taste and well morals sex was something she didn't prioritize but money. That could pay for Esmes college funding.
"10,000 dollars"
Raising a brow, he liked her.
“Well, what do you want? I have money, vehicles, jewels. You name it, love.”
He walked over to her, smiling down. “Something a little more… intimate?”
“I want to put a curse on someone who betrayed me.”
He stood up and looked out her window.
“Best friend turned foe. I was thinking maybe, putting them to sleep for a hundred years ?”
He turned towards her with a smile.
“Tabby. Charming. So, the real reason Im actually here is because I need a witch and I hear you’re the woman to look for.”
He sipped the bourbon. His eyes followed her as she went to the cabinet.
