New on the summer menu, this is our Fermented Vichyssoise with smoked potatoes, crispy leek and Laudierno olive oil. Perfect from warm weather, vichyssoise is a thick soup made of pureed leeks, onion, potatoes cream and chicken stock, traditionally served cold.
