Mr Dara Khosrowshahi (@dkhos), Chief Executive Officer - Uber (@Uber), calls on Smt @nsitharaman.

[dara khosrowshahi @dkhos]

Honored to meet with Finance Minister @nsitharaman today in Delhi. When we last met in 2022, we made a promise. I’m proud to share we’ve kept it - the number of earners on Uber’s platform in India has quadrupled since we last met.

We had a rich conversation about Uber’s strategic investment roadmap for India and how platforms like ours can be genuine partners in the journey toward #ViksitBharat2047.

We’re just getting started. 🇮🇳

@Olacabs Had a terrible experience for my senior citizen parents. They were taken through a longer route (11 Kms more), also charged more than the invoice shared with them. We have sent mails as well as numerous calls to customer care, but all in vain ! #unhappycustomer

@TataCLiQCare @vikaspurohit Bother not! The order has been cancelled. It was placed on 22nd July and today is 16th August. Utterly disappointed to say the least! At least I hope to get my refund ASAP. You've spoiled my occasion anyway. Never ever going to recommend @TataCLiQ to anyone.

[Harshita Dabbiru @d_harshita]

@TataCLiQCare Absolutely disappointed!! Nothing has moved even a bit! I'm straight away cancelling my order and demand not just a refund, but a compensation for all the trouble it has caused. My order was supposed to be a gift. Such a horrible experience bit was shopping with you!

Thank you @UPI_NPCI @HDFC_Bank for your responses. The issue has been resolved now. @PhonePeSupport @PhonePe_ Thank you for taking this up and resolving it.

[Vineeta D @Vineetad]

@PhonePe_ @PhonePeSupport : My transaction is under the “processing” stage since 2 days. How long does it take to give a status update ? Such a long waiting time is not acceptable to any vendor , I could have rather used direct net banking. What’s the solution ? #disappointed

[Vineeta D @Vineetad]

Is @PhonePeSupport @PhonePe_ or @HDFC_Bank responsible for this ? @NPCI_NPCI @UPI_NPCI

[Vineeta D @Vineetad]

@PhonePeSupport @PhonePeSupport @PhonePe_ : The response which I get now is that I will have an update post 4 working days which means considering the weekend in between 1 week post my transaction ! This is not the solution you give to a customer whose money has been blocked for so long !!

[Vineeta D @Vineetad]

@PhonePeSupport @PhonePeSupport @PhonePe_ I had raised it 2 days back after waiting for few hours, the response was it will be resolved by today 12 pm. It’s hasn’t , neither have I recieved any update on the ticket. Waiting for 48 hours was already long enough I believe ! Need a solution now.
