@iRobot Sent a dm with all details. Please look into this as my house still is such a mess due to this product that not only started on its own but also did not avoid pet waste and ruined my whole house. And the customer rep instead of empathizing said nothing can be done.

@iRobot Horrible customer service. We got gifted your Roomba 705. It was established that your machine started its routine on its own. Smeared pet waste all over my house and the customer service said I need to go back and ask for the receipt for the gift or they can’t help me.

@iRobot @iRobot they advertise as avoiding pet waste but that’s a LIE! Do not buy this product. The machine does smear pet waste and when it does it says this model isn’t covered under pet waste warranty. Disgusted. The customer care is also extremely rude and have no empathy.
