@Aamir7651 Today same thing happened with me there was a price differnce when billed and at shelf price mentioned, dicount was much more on biscuits, a differnce of 10₹ on a biscuit. When noticed and immediately went at customer care desk, female staff started fighting with me. Cheaters!!

@SahilpatelCA Hi brother, same thing happened with me right now when biscuit discount was much more at shelf and when billed, price was changed. As soon as i saw this discrepency at home, next morning i went at store but they talked rudely saying u don't have any proof of that

@RailwaySeva @RailwaySeva Stop giving standard copy-paste replies! When 72 seats were available in General Quota, allocating Upper/Side Upper to an 85 & 80 yr old proves your system algorithm is broken. Will @IRCTCofficial manually reassign them to lower berths or not? PNR: 8940802064

@RailwaySeva @RailwaySeva Shifting the burden onto an 85yo passenger to beg TTE or co-passengers for a seat swap on board is completely unacceptable when 72 seats were vacant at booking. Please escalate PNR 8940802064 to Western Railway commercial division for manual berth reassignment.

@IRCTCofficial You've got worst system of your website booking. I booked tickets for my grand parents of aged 80 & 85, i specially mentioned lower birth for them, even after booking, I got all upper births, this is a joke, one of the worst things that can happen @RailMinIndia
