Hello Twitch Staff,

My name is Vinter. I’m 23 years old and live in Sweden.
On September 9th, 2025, I received an indefinite suspension on my Twitch account “vint3r___” for “Serious Violent Threats.”
I believe the ban is valid, and I take full responsibility for anything I have said. I am not certain of the exact words that caused the suspension, but I said things along the lines of “I will hurt you” and “I will kill you to members of chat.”

When I said these things, they were never meant as serious or real threats. I directed them toward people in chat I know well, and they also understood them as jokes.

That being said, after reflecting, I now realize these statements are not jokes at all. They can easily be taken as serious threats, even if they were never intended that way. I fully understand this now, and I will never make such statements against anyone again.

Your platform means so much to me. There are no words to describe the positive impact streaming has had on my life. I have found a passion, a hobby, and even a dream, while also building a wonderful community and earning an income. There is nothing I want more than to continue creating and contributing content on Twitch.

I am deeply sorry for what I have done. I take this very seriously and am fully dedicated to the craft of streaming. Before my suspension, I hosted a very successful community tournament in Marvel Rivals with 48 streamers of varying sizes. I planned this entirely on my own, with no prior connections, and I hope this demonstrates my commitment to streaming.

To wrap things up. I love streaming. It is the one thing I want to dedicate 100% of my time to. Being removed from Twitch deeply hurts me and my ability to follow my dreams, so I respectfully ask for a second chance.

I will not repeat these violations or commit any others in the future. Before writing this appeal, I thoroughly read through Twitch’s legal documents, including the Terms of Service, Terms of Sale, Privacy Notice, and Privacy Choices. I am also going through the remaining Legal Docs to ensure I am fully aware of all rules. I hope this demonstrates my seriousness and commitment to improving.

Sincere apologies for breaking your TOS. It was never my intention, and it will not happen again if I am given a second chance.
