I brought new car kia after 8000 km driving on tyre got air and apollo tyres say its your fault and other 03 tyres also got issue.agin i complaint but i got answer no issue

I brought new kia sonet on 11.05.23 but 8000km 1 tyre got air and i given to claim warranty but it was not replaced. They given there is no issue with material and manufacturing issue.
i observed other 3 tyres are got slight damp. after completing they are saying no problem.
