A mind which is already full of ideas has no space to understand. You are already filled. For you to pour anything into a vessel, it has to be empty first. You can't pour something if it is already full. Nothing is going to go in. It's all going to overflow.

The mind is a mischief-maker, not the world. When you let go of all negativity, all that remains is the positive essence of your consciousness. When you discover that inner satisfaction and bliss, which are your true essence, you will find that the world also puts everything into order. There is no need to worry about it.

A quiet, calm mind is like a runway for an aeroplane to take off. Any inspiration or anything new will arise when the mind is quiet and calm, when it is almost equivalent to shunya. That’s when it renews itself and brings out new ideas, new thoughts, creative instincts, and so on.

In the Gita, every chapter is called a yoga. Starting from the first one, Arjuna Vishada Yoga is the yoga of Arjuna’s insecurity, sorrow, and indecisiveness that he faces on the Kurukshetra battlefield. All of us face this battle in daily life, where we don’t know how to move forward and prefer to retreat. The whole teaching of the Gita, apart from the higher spiritual teachings that are also included, is: don’t give up - move forward. And for moving forward, you need a quiet, calm, and peaceful state of mind.

BE LIKE JESUS
Jesus was a craftsman.
He was a wanderer.
He was a Philosopher.
His main teaching was the command "Love your Neighbor."
Love your enemies, too.
Jesus was betrayed by a close friend.
Like Socrates, Jesus was wrongly accused.
He was condemned to death by the Roman Authority, urged on by the mob.
He did not bargain with the crowd.
He did not blame people around him.
He carried his cross, after a flogging, until he could no longer.
At the moment of his greatest suffering, he said:
"Forgive them, Father, for they do not know what they are doing."
Jesus's task was to walk the impossible path.
And, he walked it.
Jesus was a Founder.
He was a Builder.
He was a Healer.
He was Non-Consensus.
He was Love.
Be like Jesus.
A yogi does not see anyone as a friend or a stranger. In truth, even those we have known for years are, in a way, strangers because the mind is constantly changing. The person we see today may have the same form, but inwardly they are not the same as before. With every moment, the mind undergoes some change. Because of this, for a yogi there is no real distinction between a familiar person and a stranger, they are essentially the same. Even someone familiar becomes new in every moment. No one remains exactly the same forever. The mind is always in motion, always changing. If it were to remain completely unchanged, it would be a dead mind, not alive.

When one ceases to be attached to the senses or objects, it means realising that the things we enjoy through our senses are temporary, not permanent. With this understanding, a sense of detachment naturally begins to arise. You can still enjoy, but with the awareness that it is temporary. If you truly understand this and enjoy, you will not be perturbed when it goes off. Otherwise, one may sink into tamoguna. So, recognize that everything is impermanent, what exists today may be gone tomorrow. When you internalize this, your life is no longer dependent on whether someone or something is present or not.

The mind that remains clear and tranquil in the midst of all circumstances generally succeeds both outwardly and inwardly. Spiritual practice and the spiritual journey are not easy because most people are moving in one direction, swimming with the stream, while one person rises and decides to swim against it. This is not easy. Even on the spiritual path, there may be failures and mistakes. What is the point of shedding tears? Perhaps something is not right. So get up, change it, and move forward.

Karma Yoga means to work without getting caught up in the results. If you put in full effort, the result is often good, but there is always a possibility that it may not be. It is not entirely in our hands. Many elements are involved, not just our work. A yogi does not stop working. He or she continues to do his work, and when the results come, if they are good, he enjoys them. If they are not good, he does not become depressed. Instead, he says, “Now is the time to study and find out why I failed. There must be some reason.” So this applies not only to material life but also to spiritual life.

Thought itself is not continuous. One thought comes, disappears, and another arises. What we call a thought process, is actually a chain of thoughts. If you can touch the gap between two thoughts, you can touch the essence. This is what the sages meant by witnessing.

A devotee asked Ramana Maharishi:
"Why do we need to meditate? I say it is "my mind" - then should it not listen to me and meditate by itself when I tell it to? Why does it keep running outside all the time?"
Ramana Maharishi kept silent at that time.
At about the same time, a squirrel had given birth in the ashram, and unfortunately a few days later the mother squirrel got eaten by a cat. Ramana Maharishi took the job of taking care of the baby squirrels. He kept them inside a cage that was kept in the mediation hall. After a few days when everyone was sitting in the meditation hall, the same cat came inside. It so happened that the baby squirrels rushed out of the cage at the same time. Ramana Maharishi got up hurriedly, caught all the baby squirrels one by one and put them back in the cage and locked the door firmly shut.
He then turned to the devotee that had asked the above question and calmly said - "These poor little squirrels do not have the maturity to know the dangers of the outside world, that if it goes out, the cat will make a meal of them. When they get that maturity, they will go hide inside by themselves. Until they get the maturity, we have to keep putting them inside. It is the same thing with our mind. Our mind does not know that if it goes to the outside world, there is nothing but suffering. It keeps running out in ignorance. When it gets the maturity, it will go inside by itself. Until then, it is our job to put it inside with effort - which we do in meditation."

Sitting quietly brings about the real emotional and intellectual clarity of the mind. All great thinkers spent time doing nothing, sitting quietly, listening not to the outside, but inwardly. From there, even if a few words arise, they are original.

Moderation is essential, in sadhana. Follow the yamas and niyamas, to the best extent possible. Don’t go to extremes. Slowly and gradually, one day you will attain perfection and feel, “This is enough. I am quite happy.”

Swadhyaya is studying myself as I am, while living in this society. Without knowing where I stand, how can I change? However, study, work, and abhyasa are important, but there comes a point, as if you have reached a wall of rock which cannot penetrate. That is when you say, “I have done as much as I could.” Now, let me surrender to the Supreme Ishwara, unseen, of course, yet felt in every moment of life.

No other token can compete with $tsuka.
Anyone can be bullish when charts are green.
Only a rare few can stay calm, laugh through the chaos, and keep building when everything feels heavy.
Thats why $tsuka stands alone.
Since 2022, pressure didn’t break us. It refined us.
No rush. No noise. Just quiet confidence and unshakable conviction.
This is what real strength looks like. 🐉💎
When we say ananda, we always expect that some thrill is passing through us. That thrill will go off after a while. The ultimate ananda, which is aimed at by the yogis, is not just sensory enjoyment. Even the ananda of enjoying the body, full of bliss, is also sort of sensory but little subtle. As we proceed on the spiritual path, we come to quietude which is much more greater than any of these.
