The past orders page is very misleading and unfortunately the language can’t be changed (Shopify features). When the membership renews it creates an order and says “complete” but that is not shipped yet.

@dvanpat Sorry for the confusion, it does not! Once the physical record ships, we send members an email with a link to download the songs. We just do not keep digital downloads prior to the records themselves.
Hopefully this is more clear :)
@dvanpat Hi there! Because each months volume is new, we do not have digital copies before we get the physical records. You will receive an email once the records ships with the digital download.
