@marcjoffe@RnaudBertrand As an Indonesian myself, this is exactly true. You still need to change to feeder train to reach downtown and it takes longer than the bullet train itself. Lately the trains are mostly empty.

@Airbnb@AirbnbHelp we just had 2 reservations cancelled for 3 nights each by airbnb, after the check in time and the rooms are ready. Cancelled and fully refunded. And no one from airbnb informed us about it. No message, no call, no email. Nothing! Extremely disappointed
After hosting more than 3.000 reservations and been a super host in the last 3 years, we can not hide our disappointment. It's totally unfair and we are still fuming ๐ก
I mean normally if someone want to cancel, support would call you, not this one, especially 2hrs after the check in time. We got everything ready, the dates have been blocked for than a month then nothing. We are not happy at all
