@GeneSteratore @GeneSteratore question- catch rules states A&B you mention. rules state if not C =incomplete. Then we have Runner rules about the play being dead when a knee down, et. So in this case can it be argued that it is incomplete? As C not done…Something to be defined further?

@mjs_DC @johnbates Not sure how you make that jump. The agencies are the unelected & unaccountable group. I.e. I had a recent back and forth with a local air resource board in Cali. and it is frightening how few experts they have. They have a $20B plan on the table with no science to back it up.

They are passing rules that cost taxpayers a lot of $$$. Basically taxing us with no accountability/representation. We once had a Tea Party about this.

@mjs_DC Not sure how you made that leap. what it does is it moves power away from unelected, unaccountable agencies -Staffed by political appointees. This has become a big end around having our ELECTED representatives work out deals - they way the founders outlined it in their document
