On July 6th, 353 tea samples were gathered at the 2024 #Chaozhou Gongfu #Tea Conference's🍵 #Phoenix Dancong Tea Public Tasting Event🍃. Judges evaluated and scored the competing tea samples by examining their appearance, aroma, liquor color, taste, and leaf base.

Recently, the eight-day 2024 “#Cantonese Chef” 🧑‍🍳 training program in Dengtang, #Chaozhou successfully concluded.🎉 At the graduation assessment site, over 40 trainees skillfully used cooking techniques to prepare ten special dishes, including Sweet and Sour Pork with #Pineapple🍍, Fish with Orange Sauce that looks like Corn🐟, and a Braised Platter🥘. This training closely aligned with regional advantages and industrial characteristics, making full use of local ingredients in Chaozhou such as pineapple and rice noodles🍝 to innovate and create unique recipes.

On the White Heron Lake🌊 in Guihu Town, #Chaozhou, the lush green #lotus leaves resemble a sea of emerald waves🪷. Among the fields of lotus leaves, the flowers bloom like white jade; some have just begun to bud, while others have already started to open, adding a touch of vitality and liveliness to the lake😍. The lotus flowers are expected to be in full bloom around mid-July this year😊. The total planting area for lotus flowers this year is approximately 40 acres, with an estimated total yield of about 33,069 pounds of lotus seeds🪷.

On July 6th, the exhibition "Chinese Writing in #Teochew"✒️ opened at the #Chaozhou Museum of #Art🏢. The exhibition features eight themed spaces, showcasing 190 items, including documents, artifacts, and 133 #calligraphy works📝. The exhibition will run until August 27th and is open to the public free of charge🤩.

On July 13th, 🇨🇳Chinese #Writing in Teochow was officially opened to the public for free in the 📍#Chaozhou Museum of Art. There are 190 pieces of literature and material objects📜, 133 calligraphic creations, and 8 scenes in the exhibition. Moreover, modern scientific technologies, such as AI and new media, are used to bring an immersive art experience to the audience. This exhibition will last till August 27th.

On July 18th, the Wu Maoying‘s #Chaozhou Porcelain Panel Painting Exhibition officially opened in Guangzhou and will continue until September this year. Through the interplay of glaze color variations and the depth and thickness of brush strokes, these Chaozhou #porcelain panel paintings creatively combine the delicately thin porcelain flowers with porcelain panel art, featuring pristine white #plumblossoms.
