The surgical mask shown in this article will do almost nothing to reduce particulate inhalation because it's just a splash guard. Wear a well-fitted N95 respirator or better https://t.co/1RiH1ihmeZ
@JensTwoCentsAZ He hides like the coward he is from journalists and reporters. They call the cops on people like you because they “value their privacy” and your camera makes people “uneasy” he is the terrorist and so is the company he represents. Only retracted because of the huge hate lately
Mr. Langley, I’m sure the people of Arizona would like some answers.
For one, why did your company not respond when I asked for help deleting the incorrect images of license plates from the #FOIA record of my vehicle?
I formally invite you on my podcast so we can have a constructive conversation. @glangley
@Pirat_Nation Wonder how many security researchers got the "it's not important so we won't pay you because it doesn't need fixing" answer for all these fixes
Microsoft has released its biggest Patch Tuesday update ever, fixing 570 security vulnerabilities across Windows and other products.
The update includes:
- 59 critical vulnerabilities
- 48 remote code execution (RCE) flaws
- 24 privilege escalation flaws
- 18 information disclosure flaws
- 13 security feature bypass flaws
- 3 zero-day vulnerabilities, including 2 that were actively exploited and 1 that had already been publicly disclosed before the patch was released.
One of the most serious fixes addresses a BitLocker vulnerability that could allow attackers to gain unauthorized access to encrypted data.
Microsoft has temporarily blocked the update on some Dell PCs with certain Intel processors due to compatibility issues that can cause shutdowns, overheating, and battery problems.
A Supreme Court decision won't dismantle the Flock camera network.
They will leave it intact and simply "make it constitutional" by putting warrant/other requirements on how it is used.
We have two options:
1. Tear them all down
2. Change the laws to ban them
Currently "change the laws" is winning.
96 cities have banned them and two states (NH and VT).
That means changed laws have stopped thousands of cameras so far.
This is a petition to change the laws at the State level.
Please add your name so we can stop Flock! >>

@HighImpactFlix Oh this shit has gone too far! These local city councils HAVE LOST THEIR FUCKING MINDS.
This is a direct result of US not attending or paying any attention to our own city councils. They are tyrants running amok. And somehow coordinated all over the country at the same time!
@torontolibrary
Can a Toronto Public Library card holder get an inter-library loan from @uoftlibraries (Robarts) if Robarts has an item that is not in the Toronto Public Library system?
And at where do these tech companies end and the government begin? They’ve completely overlapped one another while simultaneously ignoring or overriding laws preventing them from doing all of this
@rahul, let’s do this: start by putting up Flock cameras/microphones every single place US politicians, bureaucrats, and lobbyists live, work, socialize, relax, meet, and travel. Make those feeds and all of the location data available to every American citizen via simple FOIA request. If there’s nothing to fear, then the public servants shouldn’t have anything to work about. That’s what they tell us, right?
#FlockTheGovt, not We the People.
There is never “good faith” with tyrants whose literal business model is to take away your freedom.
This is just propaganda that tyrants always use to continue oppressing you harder while minimizing your anger.
Don’t buy into it.
We need to do a citizen's revolt on FLOCK cameras. This is a line in the sand that we need to draw.
Just a couple of years ago we were talking about how China was so bad because of stuff like this, now we are doing it!!!
Hey @rahul ! I’ll debate you publicly!
Just a reminder that I want to see everything transparently and surveilled at a national level!
- past 6 months of logs and pcaps
- all financial statements including your general ledger
- a full comprehensive list of all third-party data brokers you buy/sell/trade any data (including anonymized) with since the founding of flocks parent companies.
- compliance reports fully transparent and available to the public (why do we need to request this? Just post publicly and transparently anyways!)
- All NDA/NCA contracts or anything similar that requires law enforcement to stay quiet
- Full transparent source code for all your technology. Ever heard of git history? I want it all.
Those are not my conditions, they are the minimum.
This will not be a good faith debate, this will be what gives us an equalizer.
The fucking stones in these assholes.
Fuck flock. This dude lays out my position perfectly. The fact that asshole DMed him is unreal.
Again: fuck flock and anyone who is ok with this CCP level surveilance
A good faith argument means he is willing to shut it all down if you have a good argument, which he is unwilling to do.
So no, there is zero reason to engage.
