Hey can anyone help me out??

I was supposed to request a few payouts that add up to around $4,000 yesterday and @TradingLucid said I had to redo KYC and blocked my account. Then said they found proof of cross-user hedging and permanently banned me.

Who is this other user that is cross hedging with me??

Makes 0 sense because I’ve only ever traded alone. I started my discord only a few days ago and have never called any trades out or even gone live..

I’ve never had any issues with payouts from multiple other firms.
