Stuck on a 25-minute hold loop trying to report a verified control-plane failure on a gateway node. Traceroute shows 500+ms at Hop 1 and 2ms at Hop 2. Front-line support forced me into a $10 premium fee just to get ignored. Need a real engineer to help! @FrontierCorp
@FrontierCorp@Verizon, is this really the service we can expect from Frontier now that you are running it? Still on hold, and still no closer to getting this fixed! The answer isn't to pay a premium for support, its to listen to hear what the customer says!!
