1. Falsely claimed warranty expired
2. Quoted ₹10,498 for "back cover damage"
3. After I submitted CCTV proof of pristine condition, changed the story to "trim dent"
4. Shared photos of unnatural damage not present at handover.

FICCI announced the winners of the Second Edition of the Swachh Industrial Park Awards 2025 during its 98th Annual General Meeting and Annual Convention held at Bharat Mandapam on November 28, 2025.  The second edition of the Awards was launched in association with the FICCI Centre for Sustainability Leadership, aimed at promoting cleaner, greener, and more sustainable industrial ecosystems across India.  The awardees were felicitated by the FICCI President Mr Harsha Vardhan Agarwal, President-Elect Mr @AnantGoenka19, Past President Ms Naina Lal Kidwai and DG Ms Jyoti Vij.
