@StMaryMacKiller Of course I’m wrong about the 1:5 ratio- I don’t measure! It’s probably 1:3 but decidedly more than 1:1. Ollie and I are very happy now 😊
We’re eating all the discard, which is delicious. I’m not game to bake bread yet.

The mistake I repeated a few times was ‘not feeding enough’ around d5 onwards.
Growing Ollies need a 1:5 ratio to gain strength. I fed 1:1 twice a day and he got
